On the 27th of June, BCHR participated in the event – the International Day in Support of Victims of Torture in Paris. This occasion provided an opportunity to create more awareness on the human rights violations in Bahrain with a particular focus on the different faces of torture.
BCHR was able to provide cases of different forms of torture inflicted on detainees with some leading to death.
